Meet Our Staff

JoAnn has been the foundation of our office since 1994. She is the first to arrive each morning and the last to leave. Her incredible hard work and dedication is an inspiration to everyone.

JoAnn's responsibilities are endless, included are processing patient insurance, patient scheduling, Dr. Fleer's treatment correspondences, answering our busy phones.

Lovingly known as Mama to many of our staff, JoAnn loves interacting with our parents and the children. May-be too much talking, she admits. Dr. Fleer would not want it any other way.

Married to husband Mike for over 40 years, she has four daughters, Michelle, Danielle, twins Gabrielle and Dominique (all treated by Dr. Fleer) and is a proud grandmother.
